When coming to Midvalley Chiropractic, whether referred by your family doctor, spine specialist, orthopedic medical provider, attorney or your friend, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff. We will begin by gathering the necessary information to make sure we understand your specific needs. Our staff will take you on a brief tour of our office to make you feel at home when arriving here. Then, we will do a FREE consultation to determine the exact nature of your condition.

During the consultation, the doctor will speak one on one with you in a quiet setting. Together, you will be reviewing your pertinent information and will ask specific, detailed questions regarding your condition(s). Our doctors have extensive experience in dealing with many complaints, conditions, and areas of concern for you. Please feel free to ask anything you feel is important. At the end of the consultation, we will determine if your specific case is a good case for our office. You have our GUARANTEE that if we can’t help you, we will refer you to the proper provider to get the results you deserve.

Before you come into our office on your first visit, we ask that you would please download and print out these forms. Please fill them out and bring them with you. This will help speed up the process, and more importantly, give you more time in the comfort of your own home to fill them out accurately and legibly. Previously Treated Chiropractic Patients

We cannot begin to tell you how many of our patients come to us who are previously treated Chiropractic patients from other Doctors and have seen little to no success. Those who have been in an accident or been injured that have visited a Chiropractor who does not address the real cause of the pain, are frequently disappointed and left still in pain. Many of our patients that are previously treated Chiropractic patients find that the prior treatment only relieved pain temporarily. If you fall into this category, then we will NOT treat you just for the sake of it. We WILL refer you to the appropriate physician. However, if we can treat you and feel that success and healing are in your future, we will do all we can to get you there. All present and future patients must understand that there is a commitment at home to follow the home care instructions and Chiropractic exercise programs.
